Our LEadership Team
Tom Bradburn has been a business owner since 1978. As a business owner himself, Tom understands the biggest challenges any business face, he also understands one of the greatest cost centers for any business is payroll and HR.
Since the early 90’s Tom has been working in the Payroll, HR industry. Tom joined the team here as a partner in late 2015 and is committed to helping his customers grow their businesses using technology to save time.
Walking alone side business owners is at the core of who Tom is and what he does. Tom lives by one simple rule: “Everyone who interacts with me is better off, In other words, it’s not about me but about us!”
Lynn began her career putting in 20 years at JC Penney then moving to PEO-Man in 2002 as a client service representative. In a very short time she became head of operations. In 2007 the company was sold to a Nationwide Financial Services Company where she stayed on as Director of Payroll-Western Region.
In April of 2012 the Arizona office was closed and Lynn accepted an HR Consultant / Customer Liaison position under contract with a Benefits Broker and Payroll Company. In December of 2015 her and her husband joined forces with Shepherd Business Solutions as Payroll Director.
With 20 years as an associate at JC Penney’s and 14 years of Payroll / HR Management Lynn has become an expert in dealing with people and systems. Bringing that expertise to SBS allows us to view every client looking at every issue through their eyes.
